From Enquiry to Delivery…

1. Enquire & Receive Your Proposal

Complete the enquiry form with your chosen collection, guest numbers and any optional extras you'd like to include. A personalised proposal and quotation will then be prepared for your review.

2. Design & Proofing

Once you're ready to proceed, a 50% deposit secures your booking and design work begins.

Your first digital proof will be delivered within 10 working days, presented as a realistic mock-up to help you visualise the finished suite. Two rounds of revisions are included to refine every detail, with additional proof rounds available at £50 each.

3. Production

Once your artwork has been approved, your stationery moves into production.

• Digital Printing: approximately 2–3 weeks

• Foil Printing & Letterpress: approximately 4–6 weeks

  Production times may vary slightly depending on the printing method and finishing options selected.

4. Assembly & Delivery

Every order is carefully assembled in the studio, including any finishing touches such as envelope liners, ribbons and wax seals where applicable. Your remaining balance is due prior to dispatch, after which your completed stationery will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.
